Hello Friends! Today I have the full Olympics Collection from Cupcake Polish that was released on July 2016, and is still available for purchase! The collection consists of 6 linear holographic polishes, and the colors are so gorgeous! Enjoy!
For this collection I love that I can speak about their formula as a whole. The entire collection had a smooth formula that was easy to apply, like really smooth. Dry time was quick and each polish only required 2 coats for full opacity. This is typical of Cupcake Polishes, so I am not surprised, nor disappointed. This is another great collection and I was so pleased to swatch these! To see how they applied and some close-ups of the polishes, please see live swatch video above.
Cupcake Polish: I'm A Soccer For Green
A lime green linear holographic with gold shimmer. Shown is two coats plus top coat. I like that this green is a soft lime green. I feel like other lime green polishes I have are leaning more on the bright/neon side.
Cupcake Polish: Row Me To The Gold
Okay, so this to me is like a mustard yellow linear holographic with a bit of brightness. I was taken by how much I liked this color, not only on it's own, but also on my skin tone. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Cupcake Polish: Not My Vault
This is another color that really surprised me with the undertone. This, to me, is the equivalent of a mustard yellow tone, but in a tangerine orange color. This linear holographic also has the gold shimmer throughout. Shown is two coats plus top coat.
Cupcake Polish: One In A Brazil-ion
This is a peachy, watermelon color that is so gorgeous! This is my favorite color in the collection! It also has stronger linear holographic than the previous ones, in my opinion. It also has the gold shimmer throughout! This is just really gorgeous.
Cupcake Polish: Pool It Together
This is a medium sky blue linear holographic. As I was applying it, I felt like it looked like a boyfriend jean shad of blue!
Cupcake Polish: Track Me Down
When I first saw this in the bottle, I thought it would just be another black linear holographic polish. Not only is the holographic strongest from the collection, but the shimmer looks copper-y and brings the color to a whole different shade at different angles. Really love this one!
Like I mentioned earlier, this collection is still available on her website here: www.cupcakepolish.com
