Hello everyone! Firstly, it's been a hot minute since I have posted any review, find out why here. I know this collection has been out for a bit, but I still wanted to share it with you because the colors are so gorgeous. Deets: This collection consists of 8 new shades featuring the new 5-free formula, and are available at KBShimmer.com, Amazon.com and select salons & retailers for $9.25 each. KB Shimmer: Up to Snow Good This is described as a pale gray holographic polish with glow flakes, subtle blue shimmer, and a dash of micro holo glitters. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Deck The Claws This is a must have! This is described as a red polish in mega flame finish. This is a multidimensional micro holo glitter polish. I say that because of the depth given as the coats are layered, and I feel like it's not just silver holo glitter, but also maybe some fuchsia. I may be wrong, but that is what it looks like. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. Because it is a micro glitter, you will find it to dry a bit textured, so I did have to use two coats of top coat to completely smooth that out. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Fir Sure This is described as a green linear holographic polish. This color was not that unique for me, but still a gorgeous pine tree green, if you don't already have one. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Jewels Of The Trade Another must have. This color makes me so happy. This is described as vibrant blue in mega flame finish, another multidimensional polish with depth. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. Because it is a micro glitter, you will find it to dry a bit textured, so I did have to use two coats of top coat to completely smooth that out. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Why So Sirius? This is described as a spacey polish is bursting with a shimmer that shifts from a jewel toned purple to vibrant teal, with holo glow flakes in a deep navy base. The shimmer is nice and strong and as you move, it gives me that feeling of what magnetic polishes look like, which is awesome. The duo-chrome quality in the shimmer is subtle though. You can see the differences in the photos below. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Come On Get App-y This is described as a blue leaning purple linear holo. The linear holo is not as strong as the other linear holos in this collection. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: Pour Decisions Oh my goodness.. this is another gorgeous polish!! This is described as a deep burgundy loaded with holo glow flakes with red and copper sparkle, showing off the chocolate undertones. This is sooooo pretty. Probably my favorite. I said probably. Jewels of the Trade and Deck the Claws are just such classics. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. KB Shimmer: You're Brew-tiful This is described as reminiscent of a frothy latte, this lightened brown strong linear holo polish. Shown is two coats plus top coat, went on smooth and easy. No issues noted with self-leveling or dry time. Thanks for reading! <3 Mely
