Valentine's Day Tree Mani | Plus a Video Tutorial

Hello everyone! Today I have for you this Valentine's Day inspired mani, plus a video tutorial. Continue reading for all details!

I initially though of doing all black and white with just the red hearts hanging from the tree with my husband's and my initials, but then I thought, "hey, it's for Valentine's Day. Let's make it fun."

This is a very simple design that took me about 20 minutes after my base coat was already laid down :)

Polishes used:

• White: China Glaze White on White
  
• Pink: Bonita Colors Team Pink
  
• Purple: Bonita Colors Royal Highness
  
• Iridescent Pink shimmer: Bonita Colors Ballet Slippers 
  

Acrylic Paints used (purchased at Michael's Craft Store)

• Black: Artist's Loft Mars Black
• Red: Artist's Loft Crimson

The detail brush I used is from Stylish Nail Art Shop JN Dance Brush 20 which you can find here. I have two of these, and I love them. I bought them a long time ago and they are still in really good shape.

I wanted to share the next couple of photos so you can see how different the colors look in the different light because of the shimmer. Please keep in mind that I took these after a whole shift at work (I am a nurse, so washing my hands constantly is a must).
