Hello everyone! Today I have Zoya's new winter collection, which consists of 12 different shades in a variety of finishes. Let's jump in! The Deets: This collection is actually available now at zoya.com. Zoya is a vegan brand, and the formula is 10-free. Each polish retails for $10.00. I did not have any issues with any of the polishes, even though there are different finishes. Most of the polishes required 2 coats for full opacity, except for a few that either would show my nail line a bit in person, or just needed to cover up some lighter spots. Something to note is that most of these dried really glossy on their own. I do have to say that I was surprised to see a few of these shades in this collection, since it is a winter theme collection. I get that the theme is Party Girls, and to a sense, bright, attention grabbing colors would fit that description, but some, at least for me personally, don't fit in with the winter season. This is not to say that the colors aren't absolutely gorgeous. The shades I am referring to are Solstice, Ming (even though this is a beautiful classic red, but there's another red in here, and it is more fitting), and Kelsey. Three out of twelve is not bad at all... especially considering that some of you might absolutely love that those three are in this collection. My favorites... it was hard to pick because I really love a lot of these. If I had to choose three.. they would be: Tawny, Fallon, and Isadora... oh and don't forget Sheri... and Delaney. Zoya: Nadia This is described as a buildable, gingery gold metallic "disco" topper and is recommended to be worn either alone, or as a topper. Shown is 3 coats plus top coat Zoya: Solstice This is described as a persimmon orange metallic. Shown is 2 coats plus top coat Zoya: Tawny This is described as a deep, coppery rose, sparkling metallic. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Ming This is described as a mid-tone, scarlet red cream. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Fallon This is described as a mid-tone, violet magenta with a refined pearl finish. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Sheri This is described as a mid-tone garnet red cream. This was the sheerest formula of the creams. Shown is three coats plus top coat. Zoya: Kelsey This is described as a muted, cerise pink cream. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Danielle This is described as a deep, dark periwinkle cream. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Delaney This is described as a royal multi-chromatic metallic flip. Shown is three coats plus top coat. I mostly needed three coats for this just to smooth out any uneven spots and brush strokes. I think that depending on application, you may only need two. I did not see too much of a shift in colors, BUT what I did notice AND love, is that it almost gives an effect like that of magnetic polishes. That's a huge plus. I love this one. Zoya: Landon This is described as a deep, aubergine cream. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Zoya: Isadora This is described as a magenta plum with a refined pearl finish. Shown is two coats plus top coat. I know the lighting is different, but I really wanted to try to show the depth! Zoya: Blake This is described as a deep, sapphire blue with a refined pearl finish. Shown is two coats plus top coat. Thanks for reading! <3 Mely
